The murder trial of Sam Clark continues to be delayed. The case was set to go to trial on Monday, and is now scheduled for the beginning of October.
Clark is accused of killing Talkeetna resident Dirk Fast on October 29, 2010 at the Latitude 62.
Clark is facing a murder one charge and has said he is innocent of the charge. He is still incarcerated at the Mat Su Correctional facility and held on $500,000 bail with a third party custodian requirement.
The trial is currently set for October 4th in Judge Eric Smith’s courtroom in Palmer.
