Clark trial delayed again
The trial of Talkeetna resident Sam Clark continues to be delayed. Clark was set to go to trial this week in Palmer but the trial has been postponed until August.
The trial of Talkeetna resident Sam Clark continues to be delayed. Clark was set to go to trial this week in Palmer but the trial has been postponed until August.
Clark is accused of killing Talkeetna resident Dirk Fast on October 29th of last year.
Clark is still incarcerated and held on $500,000 bail with a third party custodian requirement. A court date is set for August 8th in Judge Eric Smith’s courtroom in Palmer.
