Clark trial moved to March

The jury trial for Sam Clark has been moved from a February 22 date to March 21. Samuel Clark is accused of shooting and killing Dirk Fast at the Latitude 62 on October 29 last year. According to court documents, witnesses say that Fast and Clark had what seemed to be a friendly conversation that night. Then, Clark told investigators, Fast seemed to get fidgety. According a court affidavit, Fast had reached for his cell phone, but Clark testified that he thought Fast wanted to pull a weapon. Clark pulled his pistol and fired a shot at close range.
Dirk Fast was pronounced dead at the scene.
Clark, 40, is charged with murder in the first degree, two counts of murder in the second degree and one count of manslaughter.
The trial date has been moved several times to later dates.
