This fall, the State of Alaska Department of Health is hosting a series of listening sessions for what it is calling the Behavioral Health Roadmap for Alaska Youth. The Mat-Su meeting is scheduled for November 8th. Dr. Anne Zink, Chief Medical Officer for the state, described in a recent interview what the state hopes to do with what they learn in these sessions. The listening session will take place in-person at the Mat-Su Health Foundation on November 8th. There is also an option to attend online. Dr. Zink says those planning to attend are encouraged to register.
