Lisa Roderick, Talkeetna resident and long time Denali basecamp manager hosts a book signing, reading, and Q&A celebrating the release of her new book, A Place Among Giants on Sunday, February 16th from 4 to 6 pm, at Flying Squirrel Bakery & Café. Her book tells the story of the joys, drama, and tragedies she experienced while living through more than two decades of Denali history. Attendees may purchase a book, have one signed by the author herself, and ask questions.
