The Talkeetna Community Council is now accepting grant applications for their Community Assistance Program (CAP). The council has $15,789 to distribute to organizations that serve the area. CAP funds are appropriated by the State of Alaska legislature and distributed through the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. Completed applications are due by Friday, April 11th.
