The Upper Susitna Seniors hosts three introductory sessions for an upcoming Depression & Anxiety Recovery Program at the Upper Susitna Community and Senior Center. Each introductory session is about one hour long, those interested can choose to attend one of the following dates:

1. Saturday, December 6th at 4pm
2. Sunday, December 7th at 2pm
3. Monday, December 8th at 6pm
