The Talkeetna Community Council is currently looking to fill one vacant Board member seat. Interested candidates can submit a Declaration of Candidacy available at talkeetnacouncil.org. The elected candidate will sit on the Board until the next election cycle in November. The candidate is required to live within the Talkeetna Community Council area; the map available on the council’s website. Candidates will be accepted until the next meeting on August 4th at which the vote will take place.
