Fall Membership Drive
We are excited for this years fall membership drive and look forward to engaging with all of our listeners! This years Fall Membership Drive is from October 12th through October 16th.
With over 30 years on the air, KTNA has become a rich source of history for the Upper Susitna Valley and a cornerstone of its community. This year as we approach our Fall Membership Drive, KTNA wants to remind you that we could not complete our mission to enrich and connect the communities of the Upper Susitna Valley through cultural and informational programming without your support.
Did you know that KTNA operates mainly by volunteers from right here in our community? Our Board of Directors, the Community Advisory Board and our news and music show hosts are all volunteers. One of our commitments to our community is to make a place for our members to connect and become involved in the day to day operations of the station. In just my first few months working at KTNA, I have been completely impressed with the level of commitment I see from our volunteers. KTNA is truly an organization that runs on the success of its members involvement.
This year you can become a part of KTNA by signing up to become a sustaining member. Sustaining memberships are vital to KTNA's survival; they are the most helpful and reliable sources of funding for community radio, providing unrestricted funds to KTNA that helps cover the day to day operating costs. Your membership is key to maintaining the level of services and programs you and many others have come to rely on.
We are excited for this years fall membership drive and look forward to engaging with all of our listeners! This years Fall Membership Drive is from October 12th through October 16th. To become a member or renew your membership, you can call into the station at (907) 733-1700, go the KTNA.ORG and navigate to our membership form under "Support Us" or stop by the station on Second Street.
We will have finger foods and hot caramel apple cider available for those that wish to come by the station and say hi. You can also call into or drop by the station to enter your name into a drawing for a free KTNA mug filled with goodies and 2 gift cards from one of 3 local vendors; Brown Bear Espresso, The Flying Squirrel and Conscious Coffee. We will be giving away 10 of these filled mugs throughout our Fall Membership Drive and all you have to do to be entered to win is to call in or come in to the station and engage with us during our Fall Membership Drive. We all look forward to hearing from you!
