The trial of Rodney Humphrey of Trapper Creek has been postponed until June 1st.
Humphrey has been charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident, DUI and resisting arrest. He is accused of trying to run over a man in Trapper Creek at a festival in August of 2009 and leaving the scene.
The trial has been delayed several times since November for various reasons.
