Late-night earthquake felt in Northern Susitna Valley

The Northern Susitna Valley felt a late-night earthquake shortly after midnight on Tuesday.

According to the Alaska Earthquake Center, a magnitude 4.0 earthquake was detected around 12:38 am centered forty-four miles north of Talkeetna at a depth of fifty-two miles.

No damage was reported as a result of the earthquake.
