The Alaska Railroad Board of Directors has appointed Chief Finance Officer Bill O’Leary to serve as the acting Chief Executive Officer of the Alaska Railroad effective April 1st.
The Alaska Railroad Board of Directors has appointed Chief Finance Officer Bill O’Leary to serve as the acting Chief Executive Officer of the Alaska Railroad effective April 1st. The Board met Wednesday to discuss a forward direction after the resignation of Pat Gamble, who is now transitioning to his new job as UA President.
During previous ARRC leadership transitions, the railroad CFO has become acting CEO. The Board will meet again on April 1st to discuss the details for establishing an executive search process for a new permanent president and CEO.
