The next election is on November 4th, which means you must register by October 5th in order to have your vote count. Help is available at the Talkeetna Library during open hours, 11am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Absentee in-person voting will be held at the library beginning October 20 through November 3rd. Volunteers are needed for the Reading Mentors programs on Tuesdays at 3:15 to 4:30pm, chefs for the soon-to-start Stone Soup adult cooking group, as well as volunteers to work in the library.
