  • Community Potluck to Celebrate Dallas Seavey-VFW

    VFW Post on Veterens Way in Talkeetna

    VFW is hosting a community potluck in honor of Dallas Seavey and his 6th Iditarod win, on Friday, March 29th, starting at 6:00 pm. There will be other mushers there as well. Local musicians will be playing around 9pm.

    The VFW in Talkeetna is hosting a Super Bowl party on Sunday, February 9th. Doors open at 12:30, kickoff is at 2:30. All are welcome. Bring a snack to share if you can.

    All members are invited to attend the monthly Auxiliary meeting at the Myron F Ace Ebling Post 3836 this Thursday at 7pm. Discussion will include planning for the annual Halloween Hat & Glove Giveaway, Veterans Day, and Scholarships.
