  • Stop the Bleed classes – Willow Community Emergency Response Team

    The Willow Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is hosting Stop the Bleed classes at the Willow Community Center on Saturday, November 22nd. There are two classes: 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm. This two-hour class includes a presentation and hands-on activities, for ages 14 and up. Space is limited; pre-registration is required.   • Emergency Preparedness Fair – CERT

    Willow Community Center

    The Willow, Talkeetna and Trapper Creek CERT host the 5th Biennial Su Valley Emergency Preparedness Fair at the Willow Community Center from 11am until 2pm on Saturday, May 30th, with education about preparedness for earthquakes, wildfires, floods, CPR, first aid, and backcountry safety. There will be indoor and outdoor exhibits with family activities for all ages, including live demonstrations, an earthquake escape room, door prizes and vendors.
