Parks Highway accident Tuesday afternoon sends 3 to hospital
Tuesday afternoon, Alaska State Troopers as well as Talkeetna Rescue, Trapper Creek and Talkeetna ambulances responded to a two-vehicle accident at milepost 128 of the Parks Highway.

A southbound vehicle driven by 24 year old Desiree Hughett of Wasilla collided with a northbound vehicle operated by Kathleen Wysong, 46 of Anchorage.
Wysong was airlifted to Providence Hospital in Anchorage. Hughett and her 17 month old infant were transported to Mat Su Regional Hospital. All three individuals were later released from the hospital.
The Bureau of Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
