Primary elections held today
In today’s primary election, Alaska voters decide on their choice of political candidate affiliated with their party. In addition, there are two ballot measure to be voted on.
In today’s primary election, Alaska voters decide on their choice of political candidate affiliated with their party. In addition, there are two ballot measure to be voted on.Measure one is aiming to curb political corruption, the other measure proposes mandatory notification of parents if a minor plans an abortion.
Polling places open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. and are located at the Talkeetna Elementary School gym, Trapper Creek Elementary School and the Sunshine Fire Hall at the Parks Highway.
