US Geological Survey agent Jerry Hupp
Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Region Land Office is considering the issuance of a Tideland Permit to US Geological Survey. This permit would authorize the use of less than 1 acre of state tide/submerged lands for the establishment of four Surface Elevation Tables (SETs) on the Susitna Flats Game Refuge. The proposed location is located within Section 6 Township 13 North, Range 8 West of the Seward Meridian.

The public is invited to comment on the proposed permit. Written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at the above address on or before 5:00 PM, September 13, 2010.
