Q: What does it mean to be a sustaining member?
A: Becoming a sustainer means your monthly or yearly pledge will automatically roll over every 12 months. Your paypal account will automatically be charged and your membership will automatically renew.
Q: How does sustaining membership work?
A: You can set up a monthly payment with your PayPal account. Or if you have an account with Mat Valley Federal Credit Union, they will automatically transfer your payment to KTNA’s account each month. KTNA will pay a small fee for PayPal payments and the credit union offers this as a free service to you and us.
Q: What if I want to increase my contribution?
A: You are welcome to change your contribution amount or frequency at any time, simply give us a call! You are also welcome to make an additional gift at any time. The same procedures apply if your financial circumstances change and you need to reduce your gift.
Q: How do I stop my auto payments?
A: To stop your sustaining membership, simply log in to your PayPal account and edit your subscriptions or call Mat-Valley Federal Credit Union.
