A state Department of Transportation project designer stood question and answer during the last Susitna Community Council meeting regarding the planned clear cutting and road resurfacing projects on the Parks Highway between mile 83 and mile 99. Area residents question the project as it only addresses the needs of the trucking industry and not safety concerns for residents. Diana Haecker has more.
