Kat Stranley has been doing Tai Chi off and on for more than 20 years. She has used both Tai Chi and Qi Gong to manage chronic pain from rheumatoid arthritis, and offers the Friday Tai Chi in the park as an opportunity for anyone to learn new paths to good health while enjoying the nature downtown.
