A Talkeetna woman has died after a single-vehicle crash on the Talkeetna Spur Road early Tuesday.
According to Alaska State Troopers, 37-year-old Raeleen Shandley was driving a 2001 Chevy Impala at high speed when it left the road near Mile 3 of the spur shortly before 2:00 am on Tuesday.
Troopers say the car rolled several times before coming to rest on its wheels off the road. Shandley was ejected from the vehicle and died as a result of her injuries. Next of kin has been notified.
