A power outage in the upper valley Tuesday evening left Trapper Creek and residents along Petersville road without electricity for 3 hours.
MEA spokesperson Lorali Carter says the source of the outage was a downed wire, however, she says that the cause of the downed wire is still unknown. Twenty seven MEA members in Trapper Creek and Petersville were affected. Power went out around 6:20 and power was restored by 9:30 Tuesday evening.
