Alaska State Troopers are looking for 54 year old Foster Carr of Ferry, Alaska for a case involving using a weapon while intoxicated.
Alaska State Troopers are looking for 54 year old Foster Carr of Ferry, Alaska for a case involving using a weapon while intoxicated. An investigation from April 10th showed that Carr was highly intoxicated and armed himself with a rifle and shot in the direction of two people. Troopers have issued a summons for Carr for the crimes of reckless endangerment and misconduct involving weapons.
Troopers ask that anyone knowing the whereabouts of Carr to contact the Fairbanks Troopers.
