Troopers report that Timothy Meyers, age 45, of Talkeetna assaulted a family member and broke out a window of a vehicle. They report that Meyers had been operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol prior to the attack.
He was transported to the Talkeetna Trooper Post where he refused to provide a breath sample. He was taken to Mat Su Pre Trial where he is held without bail.
Trooper spokesperson Beth Ipsen confirmed that the victim of the assault was taken to the hospital with injuries.
