Alaska State Troopers are seeking information about the death of 26-year-old Arnoldine Simone Hill, whose remains were found earlier this month near the Parks Highway in Willow.
Troopers initially responded to a call of found human remains on January 9th. The remains were later identified as Hill’s. A subsequent autopsy confirmed that she was a homicide victim.
Troopers say Hill was alive and in Midtown Anchorage as of December 10th. After that, her whereabouts are unknown. It’s possible she was in Anchorage, Wasilla, or Willow when she was killed. Her body was left at a pull-out along the highway sometime between the evening of January 8th and the afternoon of January 9th.
Hill was Alaska Native, four feet, eleven inches tall, and weighed approximately 150 pounds. She had shoulder-length dark brown hair and a mole beneath her lower right lip.
