Alaska State Troopers are looking for information on multiple thefts reported in the Northern Valley earlier this week.
On Tuesday, Troopers responded to two reported thefts in Talkeetna. One report is for the theft of a specialized toolkit from an unidentified business on Main Street. The tool set is said to contain jeweler’s tools and small razor knives.
A second report for the Talkeetna area involves eight firearms reported stolen from a residence on Kalispell Drive. Troopers say the theft may be connected with a fire at the same residence last Tuesday.
In Willow, Troopers responded to a report of two stolen trailers and their contents from a residence on Winter Park Road. Troopers say the trailers are uniquely built to transport experimental helicopters. Items in the trailers are listed as a remote control airplane, tools, and a crate.
Troopers ask that anyone with information about the thefts call the post at 745-2131 or Crimestoppers at 745-3333.
