Talkeetna Village ParkTalkeetna Historical Society hosts The Salmon Run, an artistic fundraiser for the Talkeetna Museum. Wooden salmon cut-outs are now available for participants to purchase, decorate, and name. Completed salmon must be returned to the museum by August 15th. Talkeetna Ice Carving Competition
Talkeetna Village ParkThe second annual Talkeetna Ice Carving Competition, held in the downtown Village Park. Novice and expert carvers are welcome and this year there is a youth category. No experience necessary. Sculptures begin carving on February 1st and must be completed be 12pm on Saturday, February 3rd. More information and Registration Here
