Borough Assembly approves Boy Scout access ordinance

The Mat Su Borough Assembly heard public testimony Tuesday night before amending and passing an ordinance in the works since last fall.  The access to the Boy Scout property has gone through several phases.  The issue has been controversial since the scouts purchased the property 7 years ago.
