Talkeetna and Willow Fire Departments, Talkeetna EMS  and Trapper Creek EMS all responded to a house fire on Sunshine Road late Wednesday night.  Residents for miles around reported hearing sirens and some saw flames shooting high in the sky.  The response crews, including Troopers, were on the scene until well after 4:00 in the morning.

STILL SMOLDERING— Isolated spots of fire were still visible and smoke rose from the remnants of the house on Thursday afternoon.
