Do you know how to tell a muskox grunt from that of a walrus? Or do you know the sound of thousands of sand piper wings taking off? If you do, it’s probably thanks to Richard Nelson, host of the radio show “Encounters”. Talkeetna residents were treated to an evening with Richard Nelson on Monday night at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar.
