PUBLIC NOTICE
LANDS UNSUITABLE FOR COAL MINING

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Natural Resources has received a petition to designate lands within the Wishbone Hill area unsuitable for coal mining and reclamation operations in accordance with AS 27.21.260 and 11AAC 90.705(a). Copies of the petition are available for review at the Anchorage office of the Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 920, Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 or online at http://dnr.alaska.gov/mlw/mining/coal/index.htm.
