Assemblyman Vern Halter updates Susitna Community Council on borough issues

During the last regular Susitna Community Council meeting, Mat-Su Borough Assembly member Vern Halter updated the council on issues of importance. He addressed the search for a new borough manager, the proposal for a strong mayor form of government and agricultural issues.
