Reports of large amounts of trash and an illegal campsite in East Talkeetna near the Talkeetna River led to a complaint by Mat Su Borough code compliance.  Code Compliance contacted both the Alaska Railroad and the Federal Aviation Administration as property owners.  The end result is industrial gates installed to close off the road to the FAA tower site, but the issue isn’t resolved yet…
