Whole Wheat Radio ends its 8 year run
by Sue Deyoe ~ October 26th, 2010
Fans of Whole Wheat Radio, both locally and world wide, received a shock on Friday when the inventor of the Talkeetna-based on line radio/music site announced the end of his website, webcast and facebook page. Talkeetna residents Jim Kloss and Esther Golton invented the webcast as a unique online radio station over 8 years ago, which might have been a first for Alaska in the online world.

Really sorry to see the demise of what was a wonderful experiment in net casting. You were sure a blessing to many independant musicians. I’m sure that thousands of people around the world that tuned in from time to time will be greatly sadened but life has to move on. Good luck and God Bless you both. We love you Jim and Esther.
