Upper Valley councils work toward revenue sharing projects

Although its been close to two years since the Mat Su Borough released information on availability of revenue sharing monies for Borough area councils, upper valley councils are now all close to submitting their projects for the 2009 grant. Each council is taking a different stance on what and how they are spending their $20,200.
