Change in society needed to end domestic violence, says state coordinator

In July, Governor Sean Parnell hired a specialist to deal with the rampant domestic violence and sexual abuse occurrences in Alaska. Katie Tepas is the person and she says that nothing less than a change in society is needed to end domestic violence.
