The Alaska Energy Authority is holding a series of public meetings across Alaska on their preliminary findings on possible hydro projects along the railbelt. Monday night, the AEA team was in Talkeetna to face a packed house at the elementary school gymnasium. While pro Susitna Dam buttons were handed out at the Fairbanks meeting, those buttons were nowhere to be seen at the meeting in Talkeenta. Meetings will continue in Palmer, Anchorage and Kenai.
