Every year for one week in Summer, anyone who wants to can pick up an instrument and play jazz. The Talkeetna Jazz Orchestra is an annual tradition in its sixth year,

After 5 nights of rehearsals, all 17 members of the Talkeetna Jazz Orchestra will perform a single show on Saturday Night. The group will play a variety of pieces, from standards, to original compositions by Rocco John Iachovone ,  to free play, or improvisational music.
