Talkeetna resident Jay Katzen passed away last week. Jay spent over 25 years with the U.S. Foreign Service and his final years as a volunteer host at the Park Service Visitor Center in Talkeetna. Jay died in his sleep last Thursday night of natural causes. He is survived by his wife Paddy of 56 years. A celebration of life will be announced once the current pandemic danger is past.
