RoseLee Meyer

What activities were you involved in at Susitna Valley?
RoseLee played volleyball, basketball,and cheered. She took the athletic trainer class, and then put her skills to work at basketball games by supporting the team’s first aid needs. She served her class as president for almost all of high school and spear-headed last year’s Speakeasy prom. She organized dances, worked tirelessly in the concession stand and was one of the main reasons her class earned so much money. She also lent her skills to student government.
What will you remember about Susitna Valley or what is your favorite memory?
RoseLee’s favorite memory of high school was volleyball games. She loved hanging out with her teammates and making memories. The time together was amazing.
What advice would you give to younger students?
Her advice for younger students is have fun, don’t push yourself too hard, and try your best, because it will be worth it.
