A Willow man was arrested Saturday and faces six charges for domestic violence.
According to Alaska State Troopers, 40-year-old Jared Bullington was arrested Saturday afternoon after a report that he struck his girlfriend multiple times. Troopers allege that, earlier this month, Bullington strangled the same woman and struck her with a handgun.
Troopers say Bullington is a convicted felon, and is not allowed to possess a concealable firearm. Bullington has prior convictions for both weapons and assault charges.
Bullington faces multiple felony assault charges as well as misconduct involving a weapon.
