Su Valley Voice: Sunshine Clinic Monthly Check-in, Election Stress & Getting Outside for some Healthy Relief

In this monthly check-in with Sunshine Clinic host Trisha Costello welcomes Teresa Sweitzer and Juan Barbachano to discuss what may be new or noteworthy at the Clinic.  The featured topic of this month’s Clinic Check-in is the stress and how this particular election cycle may have caused especially elevated levels of it.  Brian Robison with Mat Su Parks and Recreation joins the discussion to offer ways we can get outside and use the natural world – on our trails and in our Park – to help us regulate our stress and anxiety.
