Mat-Su Borough Mayor, Edna Devries, is the featured guest. In addition to getting to know her, we took a look back at Talkeetna’s own Dorothy Jones, who served as Mayor of the Borough from 1983-1991. As we discussed the role of the mayor we also learned about the structure of our Borough and how every day citizens can take part in the workings of their government.
