Strong Women exercise group meet at 10 am at the Talkeetna Public Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A Zoom option is available, all are welcome. Strong Women is a national program whose aims are to increase the health of participants by increasing flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. Equipment and instruction are provided. The Talkeetna Library will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 27th and 28th for Thanksgiving. So there will not by Strong Women or Storytime this Thursday. They will reopen on Saturday, November 29th at regular hours - 11am until 6pm. The wifi is on 24/7 and can be accessed from the parking lot and picnic tables, the password info is on the front door.
