The VFW typically sees the most trick or treaters between 4:30 and 7pm. - Trunk-or-Treat will be held in the Willow Public Library parking lot on Halloween, October 31st, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Community members are welcome to park your vehicle, decorate your trunk and pass out treats to youth who arrive to trick-or-treat. You will need to bring your ID for the trailhead pass, and also your insurance paperwork for your vehicles for the Remote Property Owner pass. The library only accepts cash or checks for payment. If you need to pay with a credit or debit card, the librarians can help you online at matsu.gov. Classes are from 1 to 4pm at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar on most Tuesdays, through January. This is an outdoor painting class, so participants should dress for the weather.
