Album Cover Art Recreation Contest
KTNA is now accepting submissions for the upcoming Album Cover Art Recreation Contest. To participate, choose an album cover and use your imagination and creativity to recreate it. Any art style is accepted - you could dress up and take a picture, draw it, or photoshop it. Submit your recreation to supportKTNA@ktna.org by December 15th. The Album Cover Art Show will hang at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar for the month of January, voting is on January 17th during KTNA's Annual Celebration. Find details & submission requirements at KTNA.org. We invite you to stop by the radio station to peruse our extensive album collection for ideas!
KTNA Board of Directors Meeting
The KTNA’s Board of Directors meets the third Monday of the month at 4:30pm at the station on 2nd Street in Talkeetna. The next meeting is December 15th. All are welcome. For more information, call 907-733-1700 or email manager@ktna.org.
Film Event – SalmonState
The nonprofit organization SalmonState is hosting a screening of the film Ocean with David Attenborough on Monday, December 15th at 6:30pm at the Sheldon Community Arts Hangar. The film dives into the beauty of our ocean ecosystems and the dangers of bottom trawling. There will be a short program, followed by a film screening, a Q&A session, and door prizes.
