    Here’s what’s coming up at the Willow Public Library:

    • Willow Library Mentoring Program meets each Wednesday from 3:15 to 4:30pm. This program is open to all Willow Elementary Students. Additional mentors are needed.
    • Story Time followed by free play in the Community Center is on Thursdays at 11am. This is geared toward ages 0-5, but all are welcome.

    The Talkeetna Skatepark Committee will meet on Thursday, February 6th, at 6 pm at the Talkeetna Public Library. At this meeting, they will conduct regular business and view and discuss the recently received park plan with Grindline, Inc.'s senior project manager, James Klinedinst, who will join via Zoom.   • Fund Your Future Financial Aid Resource Fair

    Mat-Su College is hosting the Fund Your Future Financial Aid Resource Fair on Saturday, February 8th from 10am until 3pm, at Mat-Su College, 8295 East College Drive, in Palmer. Financial Aid Advisors will be joined by representatives from organizations across the Valley offering grants and scholarships for Mat-Su Valley Students. There will also be a FAFSA Completion Room to help students complete their application for Federal Student Aid. Fiber February features the fascinating world of fiber art. There will be opportunities to peruse weaving, hooking, felting and more by signing up for Fiber Workshops, held later this month.
