Stained Glass Workshop – Denali Arts Council
Sheldon Community Arts HangarDenali Arts Council hosts a stained glass workshop on Saturday, February 21st. This 6 hour workshop will be instructed by Debra Whaley, who has been a stained glass artist for 45 years. Participants may choose between 5 different designs. Su Dog 300 – Sled Dog Race – Soup Dog
Willow Community CenterThe Su Dog 300 Sled Dog Race continues through February 24th. Soup Dog is on Monday, February 23rd starting at 5pm at the Willow Community Center. This is a community event and soup competition. It's timed so people will come together, enjoy food, and possibly see the first few mushers cross the finish line. Appointments available for Income Tax preparation

Helena Ave. / Mile 98.5 Parks Hwy., Sunshine, Alaska +1 moreVolunteers with the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide program will be available to help community members with preparing and filing income taxes. Preparation will happen on Wednesdays, beginning February 4th, alternating each week between the Houston City Hall and the Upper Susitna Community & Senior Center.
