Bees at Talkeetna Recycling
Talkeetna Transfer SiteTalkeetna Recycling is on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 12 to 4pm. There has been a lot of bee activity at recycling recently. The recycling team warns you to be very careful when on the ramp. If you are allergic to bees, please try to stay away until after a freeze.

Building families through adoption
Alaska Center for Resource Families is hosting informational sessions about adoption via Zoom.
Building families through adoption aims to prepare potential adoptive parents for the realities and joys of adoption. All potential adoptive parents are welcome but it is particularly valuable for persons wanting to adopt from Alaska’s foster care system.
All classes are held from 10 am to 12 pm. on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning September 2nd and ending the 16th.
